I practice therapy using the Psychodynamic Relational model, a model convinced that the majority of harm takes place within the context of human relationship, and so the same harm must also be healed within a restorative relationship. That being said, my therapeutic style is deeply relational. I am as willing to be impacted by our work together as I ask you to be, and in that exchange of energy, we find the pain points buried deep in your psyche and offer them the medicine needed to heal.

Through various modalities of trauma-informed psychotherapy, including psychodynamic, object relations, dream interpretation, somatic attention (meditation), inner-child (shadow) work, and depth psychology, I set the frequency and pace for your journey of self-discovery and healing. I consider myself a healer, a locator, an analyst, and an illuminator. As such, I work to help you identify your pain, where it’s located in the body, mind, and spirit, and then illuminate a path to healing. I offer intuitive and evidence-based guidance, insight, and support as you meet the parts of yourself that have been silenced or suppressed in the pursuit of survival. Together, we will nourish these parts to make way for a fully integrated you, who is capable of creating the life you’ve always dreamed of — a life that consists of security, creativity, clarity, prosperity, and freedom.

Together, we make way for a fully integrated you, who is capable of healing and creating the life you’ve always dreamed of — a life that consists of security, creativity, clarity, prosperity, and freedom.

This human experience is meant to ebb and flow. In a society wherein we are taught that there is a linear path to success, that emotions should be ignored and suppressed, and that a constant state of enthusiasm can and should be achieved through a step-by-step guideline found in the next podcast or self-help book — I’m here to whisper back to you what you’ve always known; you are meant to be free, and freedom is found through the illumination of your own inner compass.
