I practice psychotherapy through various modalities including psychodynamic, attachment-based, somatic attention, and trauma-informed theories. However, my foundational approach is Relational. I believe that if our wounds begin in relationship, then they can only find healing within a restorative one. As such, I will use the relationship created by you and I in the room as the primary way of understanding your style of relating and ways of being in the world. Our work will include exploring the parts of you that have not been met well by others and reworking our understanding of these parts, in hopes that we can care for them in ways they haven’t been cared for before.

I navigate from the belief that we all simply want to see and be seen well, and to engage in the full freedom to be all that we are.
